It is 2012, Faubourg Poissonnière in Paris. In the back of a local restaurant, fragrant with the smell of herbs and fresh bread, a group of moustachioed men are working to the rhythm of the sizzling of the meats to revisit a dish known to all: the hamburger (renamed Hamburgé in Gallic language!)
What unites them? A boundless passion for the richness of the French terroir, a very offbeat spirit and an assertive franchouillard side.
They are betting on combining the quality of French gastronomy with the speed of fast food. A crazy bet, you might say! Not at all. Their hamburgers seduce the most resistant and enjoy a second romance for the convinced burger lovers.
